Going Live on 1st March 〰️
Joy. Simplicity. Connection.
The Wellness Hub was created from a desire to make yoga, journaling and meditation relatable for all. As well as to provide information and tips to enhance your wellbeing in an easy to digest way with actionable steps.
You’ll learn what it means to prioritise your wellbeing so that you can feel joy in every day.
The Wellness Hub offers an array of offerings from workshops on natural skin care to living a simple life, to live yoga classes, journal prompts and so much more. So whether you wake up wanting to move the body or wish to explore your thoughts, the Wellness Hub is the place to come.
If some of these practices are new to you, you have come to the right place, we'll take this journey one step at a time and continue to grow together.
1
We can create joy through our wellbeing practices.
By giving some focus to ourselves we can tap into and unlock the positive emotions that often get buried.
Every day we can feel different, some days maybe we want to move the body, other days maybe we want to write out our thoughts. Within the Wellness Hub you can explore an array of different offerings and match the practice with what you need at that time. We are all unique so this is your unique journey to create and explore.
Our 3 Core values are…
2
Life throws up so many complications so let’s not make our wellbeing one of these.
Simplicity runs through our offerings within the Wellness Hub. You’ll find an array of practices that focus on the basics, that are achievable when you are just getting started and offered by practitioners that you can relate to.
It is our belief that simplicity leads into consistency and this is what we want you to achieve. Consistency with your practices.
3
You and this community are what makes the Wellness Hub so special.
Whether you attend a live yoga class or workshop or simply just share your experience with someone. Connection is what keeps us from feeling lonely. Connection is what allows us to feel supported. Connection is what truly allows us to notice all the goodness around us and already in us.
Come for the learnings, stay for the connections.
