My clients come from a range of background. I’ve coached business owners and company employees, single or committed. But, they have one thing in common - they are ready to stop settling for an ‘ok’ life.
Many come to me feeling stuck and unexcited by the life they are living. They feel confused as to how they have built a life that isn’t truly the one they want to live. They leave feeling reconnected with the true version of themselves. They start taking actions that are aligned, perhaps changing careers, setting boundaries with family and friends and creating wellness practices that help them to feel great. They learn the importance of prioritising themselves. In short, my clients are action takers who are ready to live a life they love.

“Working with Kat has been both joyful and transformational.
My goal was to create a new schedule that enables me to meet my wellness goals and feel great, with a particular focus on my morning routine and starting each day in a positive way. With Kat’s support, I have learned what works for me and what doesn’t work for me, and experimented with different wellness activities at different times of day. The end result is that I’m now waking up earlier, making time for yoga several times a week and have also started doing some strength training again.
