  • Absolutely not, zero needed. We are taking things back to step one and this is all about creating a personalised practice so whether you are confident in a class or have no idea what a Down Dog is, this is for everyone.

  • Absolutely! I’ve been to hundreds of yoga classes but it took me a long time to feel confident to practice on my own. Am I doing it right? What shall I do next? How do I stretch that part of my body? This course takes the guessing out of the equation and instead of just following a You Tube video you get to switch off from tech and be fully attuned to your body and what it needs.

  • For anyone who can't join the live calls, then they are recorded and added to my online studio. I’ll encourage you to send questions on our WhatsApp group throughout the 4 weeks

  • They are hosted on my online studio via Zoom. You will be sent a joining link prior to each session.

  • Each workshop is 1 hour and there will be tasks set each week to help you gain maximum benefit from the programme. Approximately 1 additional hour will be required for this over the course of 7 days. But, the more time you can allocate to this the greater the benefits.

  • Any time you invest time & money in working with a coach, there's a risk. Right? Maybe you decide you jumped in too soon or my teaching style isn’t working for you.
